Dr. Rhine Hejran, a board-certified Psychiatrist and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, brings over 30 years of experience in mental health care. A veteran with distinguished service in military operations, Dr. Hejran has dedicated her career to compassionate and personalized care. Multilingual and culturally informed, she takes a biopsychosocial approach, addressing all aspects of her patients’ lives. Dr. Hejran is proud to serve the Owensboro community, helping individuals achieve well-being and balance.
